This is the reason why Mozilla, known by their already famous web browser Firefox, decided to launch Sunbird.

What is Sunbird? Sunbird is a free organizer that will let you in no time to create your own schedule.

After downloading the package from the website, you have to launch it. The first screen that will appear will feature a Colibri bird and you will be prompted to continue the wizard.

After reading and deciding if you agree with the license 

you will have to decide what kind of installation you want: standard or custom. If you choose standard the program you be installed as default in Program Files directory and you will be announced that the program has been successfully installed.

If you want to customize the installation, you will have to provide the installation directory, what kind of icons and where do you want them and that’s it . No 100 choices that will make you crazy not knowing what to decide.

Once all is over, the interface is pretty simple allowing you to create your schedule as you se fit and at the same time to see the gaps and where you can work on optimize it.
